Aldi agrees to purchase Winn-Dixie; Fresco y Más to be spun off
German grocery giant Aldi has agreed to purchase Florida-based supermarket chain Winn-Dixie, according to an announcement Wednesday from Southeastern Grocers, the latter’s parent company.
