Actress Naya Rivera, who rose to fame in 'Glee,' dies at 33
NEW YORK Naya Rivera, a singer and actress who played a gay cheerleader on the hit TV musical comedy Glee, was found dead Monday in a Southern California lake. What a force you were, wrote Glee co-star Jane Lynch on Twitter. She is survived by her parents, Yolanda and George; a younger brother, Mychal; a sister, Nickayla; and her 4-year-old son. Naya Rivera was a fierce talent with so much more to do and this is such a terrible tragedy. In the preface to her autobiography, Rivera wrote that motherhood had changed her life and given it perspective.

Paltrow says her feelings about Weinstein are complicated

Now, as Weinstein maintains his innocence and awaits trial for rape, Paltrow says she's "not sure" how she feels about the man she used to work with. Interviewed on stage at the Dealbook conference on Wednesday, Paltrow also said "loss of power" -- something Weinstein has certainly experienced -- seems to stop some men from further misconduct. Dealbook's Andrew Ross Sorkin asked Paltrow if she had read September's New York Times column by Wesley Morris titled "I Love Gwyneth Paltrow. Paltrow said she was propelled to read it because so many people encouraged her to do so.
Brad Pitt opens up about fathers, sons and confronting Harvey Weinstein
(CNN) - Twice declared People magazine's "sexiest man alive," Brad Pitt might be an expert in American ideals of masculinity. I think it almost takes a lifetime to understand what was yours, and what was theirs," he told Amanpour. Speaking about his divorce and relationship with alcohol, Pitt told Amanpour: "What I realized is that I was running to avoid tough feelings, painful feelings." Paltrow went on to say that she refused Weinstein's alleged advances, immediately left, and told her then-boyfriend Pitt what had happened. And I do think that's an important story to tell."
