Surveillance video shows employee help man steal Lottery scratch-off tickets at Keys gas station

Surveillance video obtained by Local 10 News Monday shows a former Circle K employee handing off rolls of Lottery scratch-offs to another man without charging him — part of a scheme that authorities say led to the theft of more than $15,000 worth of tickets from a Lower Keys gas station.
