According to a newly-released arrest report, the husband of Coral Springs Vice Mayor Nancy Metayer Bowen had told his mother Tuesday afternoon that he had a “panic attack” he was going to speak with his wife about. The next day, the elected official would be found shot dead in her home. Police said her husband was responsible for the “premeditated” domestic killing.
