MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A tractor-trailer crashed on the westbound lanes of the Dolphin Expressway at Northwest 12 Avenue on Tuesday afternoon in Miami.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers and Miami Fire Rescue personnel responded to State Road 836 after the tractor-trailer’s diesel tank was damaged and there was a fuel leak.
After the crash shortly before 4 p.m., troopers closed SR-836 westbound from Interstate 95 to Northwest 17 Avenue and the ramps from I-95 and 395. By 5 p.m., the tractor-trailer was on a tow truck.
