Memorial Hospital Miramar turned their NICU into Whoville Thursday. Doctors, nurses and even the newborn babies were dress in Cat in the Hat and Lorax costumes, all part of the hospital's annual read-a-thon to celebrate NICU Awareness Month and National Literacy Month.
