Our first Sunday of October will feature a little bit of everything: Sunny breaks, scattered showers and thunderstorms.
An area of weak low pressure over the northwestern Bahamas will drift slowly in our direction the next few days so scattered showers & storms today will become a little more widespread by tomorrow and Tuesday.
Reminder, king tides are here and a coastal flood advisory remains in effect through 8 p.m. tomorrow, especially during times of high tide.
The winds are easing a bit now, but the high risk of rip currents remains for beachgoers, so enjoy the beach but stay out of the water today.
