It’s a mixed bag of weather this weekend with sunny, warm, and dry conditions on Saturday, followed by a chance of scattered showers and storms returning to the forecast Sunday and Monday.
High pressure remains in control of the weather today but will continue to generate gusty east winds along the coast, creating a high risk of rip currents at area beaches and the potential for minor coastal flooding during high tide.
By Sunday, the high will slide farther away, and a front in the middle of the country will approach, increasing the chance for showers and storms. Forecasters say sunny weather is expected again by midweek.
Have a great weekend!
