It will be a chilly but beautiful bright sunshiny day, with highs struggling to reach the upper 60s. A Red Flag Warning is in effect for southwest Florida due to low relative humidity and breezy conditions. With a strong north-east wind, there are poor marine conditions with a Small Craft Advisory in effect for Atlantic, Gulf, and Lake waters. Beach conditions will remain dangerous as well, with a High Rip Current Risk along all Atlantic and Gulf beaches, and a High Surf Advisory along the Palm Beaches.
