This persistent pattern of dry, warm weather continues for us through at least early next week. Outside of a sprinkle or two along the coast each morning, it’s a warm and dry forecast — but changes are coming just in time for Thanksgiving. A cold front is expected to approach South Florida later next week, so moisture will be increasing ahead of it, which will raise the chances for showers as we head toward Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Right now, it does not appear to be a washout for the holiday, but we’ll tweak the forecast as we get closer to Thanksgiving.
In the meantime, enjoy this weekend — it’ll be nearly perfect for just about any outdoor activities, with highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s. There are no advisories at the beaches or for boating interests this weekend.
