We’ve turned the corner on our recent blast of cold weather, with winds shifting into the southwest on Saturday and boosting our highs into the mid-70s by this afternoon. If you’re taking down your holiday decorations, expect sunny skies and light winds to smother SoFlo on Saturday, but an increase in clouds and a slight rain chance roll in on Sunday as our next cold front moves through.
Highs will climb to around 80 degrees tomorrow before the front arrives by early afternoon. This front isn’t like the previous one, however, and temperatures will remain near to slightly above normal through much of next week. We only have slight and insignificant rain chances over the next seven days, so keep the garden hoses handy! While beach and boating conditions look perfect today, they’ll become a bit bumpy and choppy as that front moves in tomorrow. Have a great weekend!
