We’re enjoying another warm afternoon with highs in the low 80s. Many of us will stay dry today too, but I’m adding in a 10% chance of rain for the rest of the week and into the weekend. It would just be a stray shower off the Atlantic, so nothing that will water the lawn. The next change in the weather will be a cool front Sunday night. This means by Monday we will have highs back in the middle 70s, which is typical for January.
