Jan. 13: Light showers developing along South Florida coastline

It’s a soggy day with light showers developing along the South Florida coastline. High temperatures will stay in the 70s with clouds and occasional rain. More hit or miss showers are expected the next couple of days until a powerful cold front arrives Thursday afternoon. We will feel the effects Friday morning with temperatures in the middle 40s. Some inland areas could flirt with the 30s. This is expected to be the coldest air in 3 years for Miami. The cool weather will continue through the weekend and into next week.
