It was a much nicer day with plenty of sunshine and highs nearing 70°. Tomorrow we are back to clouds moving in and occasional light showers moving through. This will keep conditions cool with highs struggling to climb through the middle 60s.
The focus of the forecast is on an Arctic cold front that will move in Saturday afternoon. Temperatures will warm to the upper 60s by noon before the front moves in, then crash by late afternoon and evening. We will be around 36° Sunday morning with a dangerous wind chill in the 20s. Highs will only be in the 50s. Expect another frigid morning Monday. This is the coldest air in 15 years. Only two degrees cooler to 34° on Sunday morning would make it the coldest since Christmas morning of 1989.
