Good Friday morning! We’re waking up to a few coastal showers, so grab the rain gear if you’re heading out early.
On Thursday, Miami-Dade County reached a high of 88 degrees, snapping a streak of 56 consecutive days with highs of at least 90 degrees.
On Friday, temperatures are expected to climb back into the low 90s, but rain chances won’t be as widespread. As the disturbance moves away this weekend, rain chances will decrease while temperatures trend back up.
It’s the last weekend of summer before many kids head back to school, so expect plenty of heat if you have outdoor plans.
