September 8: Warm and humid with occasional showers and storms

There could be some spotty showers and storms over South Florida early Tuesday evening, especially inland. The remainder of the night will feature partly cloudy skies for Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Wednesday will offer a sun/cloud mix and east-southeast winds sustained 5 to 10 mph. Showers and storms could dampen parts of Dade/Broward during the morning or early afternoon. Late-afternoon and evening storms will tend to favor the west side of the peninsula. Temperatures are expected to reach the low 90s.
