MIAMI — Miami police confirmed Friday morning that they have located a 3-year-old girl, Naima, and her 4-year-old brother, Siraj, who were believed to have been taken by their father.
Police identified the father as 47-year-old Iyad Awayssa, and said he was also found Friday in good health.
Further details about the children’s disappearance and discovery were not immediately released.
It’s unclear whether Awayssa will face charges.
