Records show rodent problems were reported at Eat and Run Subs, Seph Restaurant & Bakery, CM Chicken and Boardwalk Bar & Grill.
Inspectors found dozens of rodent droppings at several of those businesses, including more than 50 at Seph, where additional droppings were found during a reinspection.
Roach activity was reported at LongHorn Steakhouse, Moonlite Diner, Eat and Run Subs, El Machetico, Family Kitchen Restaurant and Catering, The Licking South Beach and CM Chicken.
At Moonlite, inspectors found numerous live and dead roaches along with food being held at unsafe temperatures.
El Machetico had 18 violations, including live and dead roaches and employee handwashing violations, while Family Kitchen had dozens of live roaches and food held at temperatures as high as 65 degrees.
Inspectors also found dozens of flying insects landing directly on food at Chill N Kendall Place.
