WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that U.S. forces seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela.
The move comes just a day after a pair of American fighter jets flew near the Venezuelan shore.
The Trump administration continued to ramp up pressure on Nicolás Maduro.
