A shooter who wounded 2 teenage boys in Miami-Dade was in black Honda, police say

Detectives investigate shooting in Goulds

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Detectives were searching for a shooter who fled in a black Honda after wounding two teenage boys in southern Miami-Dade County.

The two teenage boys, who are 14 and 15 years old, were in critical condition at the HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.

Detectives were investigating the drive-by shooting that wounded them after they left a restaurant at about 3:35 p.m., in the Goulds neighborhood.

Police officers responded to the area of Southwest 120 Avenue and 213 Street after a ShotSpotter alert.

Detectives asked anyone with information about the case to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
