MIRAMAR, Fla. — Miramar police are searching for a woman who they said stole a “large amount of U.S. currency” from a cash register.

The theft was reported just before 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the Walgreens located at 8001 Miramar Parkway.

According to police, the cash register had been left open.

Police described the woman as a Black female who has white braces. She was last seen wearing a black top and white pants with an unknown pattern.

Anyone with information about her identity is asked to call the Miramar Police Department or Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
