WASHINGTON COUNTY, Fla. – A 17-year-old girl who was reported missing Tuesday morning from northwest Florida was found safe and unharmed, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Authorities say Cecilia Moog was last seen Monday in the 1600 block of Main Street in Chipley, Washington County, but has since been located.
