Miami-Dade police, FBI make arrests after sweeping several homes in Naranja area

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – More than a dozen people were arrested after Miami-Dade police and FBI agents conducted a sweep in the Naranja area, sources tell Local 10 News.

Sources said the investigation involves drugs and guns.

Authorities served warrants at at least eight homes. They took those arrested to a command post near the Homestead Miami Speedway.

Sources said cops made at least 15 arrests.

Miami-Dade police have not confirmed information about the investigation.
