Davis, now 32, went back to jail Wednesday after police said he exposed himself to yet another teen girl walking near a school ― this time in Fort Lauderdale.
Police said he did it Tuesday while, according to court documents, he was out on bond in the still-pending Lauderhill case.
Now the court is revoking his bond.
According to an arrest report, the latest incident happened in the area of Northwest 20th Street and 21st Avenue. It doesn’t list the girl’s school, but there are a number of educational institutions in the area, including the Arthur Ashe, Jr. Campus of Atlantic Technical College and William Dandy Middle School.
The report states that the 16-year-old girl told investigators that she was walking at 6:30 a.m. when a man, later identified as Davis, pulled up in a distinct Dodge Charger with an orange Samurai decal on it.
Police said Davis rolled down his window and, with his basketball shorts pulled down to his mid-thigh, asked the girl, “You want to get in the car and have a good time?”
After the girl said, “What are you doing? No,” and tried to grab her phone to record him, Davis drove off, the arrest report states.
The Fort Lauderdale incident is almost a carbon copy of what he’s accused of doing near Lauderhill 6-12 Magnet School on Oct. 6, 2023. Police in that city said he drove up to a 13-year-old walking home from school, exposed himself and masturbated while asking her, “It’s big, isn’t it?” before driving off.
Police said they were able to identify Davis as the suspect in the latest incident and arrested him Wednesday on a charge of exposure of sexual organs, subsequent offense.
Davis, who lives in Fort Lauderdale’s Melrose Park neighborhood, was being held in the Broward Main Jail as of Wednesday evening.
