It happened Sunday night at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Ave.

Surveillance video captured the entire affair, one that led to the arrest of a man identified by police as Sherzod Manzurov.

According to authorities, Manzurov arrived at the building on Sunday and asked for police after entering the lobby.

For some reason, he returned soon after, armed with rocks, and began banging them on the impact-resistant windows.

The damage could still be seen on Monday.

Manzurov then decided to barricade himself inside the bathroom of the government center.

Officers eventually brought Echo the K-9 to assist in getting Manzurov to come out.

Police said they don’t know why Manzurov got so upset and came back to cause damage.

He is facing a third degree felony charge of criminal mischief.
