CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — A woman was detained during a raid involving a SWAT team on Thursday in Coral Springs.
The woman’s neighbors at the Windsor Castle community said they heard a loud “Bang!” that woke up some of them at about 8 a.m.
Law enforcement surrounded a residence and a garage near West Sample Road for hours after arriving with a search warrant.
The ongoing investigation is related to a stolen property case, police said.
A neighbor who asked to remain anonymous said the woman lives with children and a man who she is in a contentious relationship with and often comes home with U-Haul trucks.
