According to an arrest report, Michael Marichal, 49, sent dozens of text messages, emails and posted a picture of the victim on social media claiming she had transmitted gonorrhea to him during their relationship.

The victim told deputies Marichal, of Doral, also sent several messages to her children and work colleagues.
