FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A construction worker was rushed to the hospital Thursday morning after a wall fell on him in Fort Lauderdale, first responders confirmed.
According to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, the man was working in a trench that was about 7-feet deep, when the wall crumbled.
He was transported to Broward Health Medical Center with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
First responders said building inspectors were on site after the accident.
No other details were immediately released.
