MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was stabbed to death Tuesday morning at a park in northwest Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed.

Deputies with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said it occurred around 9:45 a.m. at Arthur Woodard Park, located at 1220 NW 99th St.

A Local 10 News crew was at the scene, where a body was covered with a yellow tarp as deputies investigated the area.

They said a man was arrested and taken into custody in connection with the stabbing. Investigators haven’t confirmed if they knew one another.

No other details about the victim or suspect were immediately released.
