According to court records obtained by Local 10 News on Tuesday, Hill, 31, through his attorney, filed an amended petition for “dissolution of marriage and for other relief” on Monday in Miami-Dade County family court.

In the filing, Hill admitted to portions of his wife, Keeta Vaccaro Hill’s amended petition, including details of their marriage on Nov. 8, 2023, in Austin, Texas, but denied that the couple separated on April 7.

He also acknowledged that the Sunny Isles condominium was acquired during the marriage and serves as the child’s primary residence but disputed several other claims regarding property, parental responsibility and support.

Hill’s response states he is seeking an distribution of marital assets in his favor and is requesting a deviation from the state’s standard child support guidelines.

The documents also note that he wants a “parenting plan and timesharing schedule” to be established by the court.

In a separate motion, Hill asked for permission to pick up a Bentley vehicle and his clothing from the condominium.

The court filing states that during a July 30 hearing, Hill agreed to provide his wife with $100,000 to acquire a vehicle for her and their child. The court’s Aug. 15 order approved the arrangement, allowing her to purchase or lease a car in her name.

According to the court document, Keeta Hill later purchased a Bentley costing well over the $100,000 provided, and he now seeks to recover another Bentley vehicle he says he traded a premarital car to obtain.

Hill’s attorneys wrote that the Bentley “may be determined to be nonmarital property” and asked that he be allowed to store and use the vehicle while the case proceeds.

The filing also states that most of Hill’s clothing remains at the condo and that he is requesting access “for the sole purpose of packing up and removing his clothing.”

His attorney wrote that Hill “continues to act in the utmost good faith,” while accusing his wife of taking “unreasonable positions causing unnecessary litigation.”

The latest filings come nearly six months after an April incident at the couple’s Sunny Isles Beach residence that led police to respond to a report of a domestic dispute.

According to a Sunny Isles Beach Police Department incident report obtained by Local 10 News back in April, officers were called to the 18000 block of Collins Avenue after receiving reports of an “assault in progress.”

Both Hill and his wife told police the argument never turned physical, though officers documented a bruise on her upper chest. No arrests were made.

Records show Hill’s wife filed for divorce the following day.

The Dolphins previously told Local 10 News that it had been made aware of the April police response and that the matter was “closed without further incident.”

Hill was ruled out for the season following a knee injury that he sustained in the Dolphins’ 27-21 win over the New York Jets on Monday Night Football on Sept. 29.
