According to an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred shortly after 4 p.m. Sunday in the area of Southwest 168th Street and 110th Court.
Deputies said the victim admitted to accidentally hitting a vehicle that was parked outside a home in the Hammocks area and then continuing west as he was “in shock.”

Deputies said the vehicle drove in front of him and stopped, and a man then got out of the car and walked up the victim’s window, yelling at him to stop and wait for the police to come.
According to the report, the victim said he was in fear for his life and fled north before hearing the sound of a gunshot.
Deputies said Navarro-Morales was the person who fired at the victim’s car, striking the rear right bumper.
The victim was not injured.
According to the report, Navarro-Morales and Luaces continued following the victim to the area of Southwest 112th Avenue and 168th Street where Navarro-Morales cut him off again and exited the car, pointing a gun at the victim.
The victim told deputies that he then waited in his car until deputies arrived.
