Deputies seek 67-year-old man with dementia reported missing from Oakland Park

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit asked for the public’s help Wednesday in locating a 67-year-old man who they said was reported missing from Oakland Park.

According to detectives, Michael Lennon was last seen at around 4:20 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 16, near the 300 block of Northwest 43rd Court.

Authorities said Lennon is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes. Detectives say he was last seen wearing a black jacket, yellow tie, blue jeans and black shoes.

According to his family, Lennon experiences dementia.
