MIAMI — A 21-year-old man with four cases pending in court stands accused of sexually abusing girls as young as 23 months old in Miami-Dade County.

Osher Pittman faced 28 charges on Thursday evening after Miami-Dade prosecutors filed a fourth case against him, according to county court records.

“He stated that he is attracted to females of all ages in December of 2024,” a Miami detective wrote, according to an arrest report.

On May 19, Pittman was accused of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl, and a Miami detective questioned him and arrested him on May 27, police records show.

Miami-Dade corrections booked Pittman shortly after 3:30 a.m. on May 28 at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, according to inmate records. He has been behind bars since a judge granted a prosecutor’s request for pre-trial detention.

Pittman was also under investigation after Discord, a social platform, alerted authorities to his use of the messaging service to share images of child sex abuse, according to Miami police.

Pittman’s Samsung Galaxy cell phone and Asus silver laptop provided clues for Miami detectives after a search of his home on Aug. 18 in Miami’s Allapattah area, records show.

“More than 100 child sexual abuse material images were found in [Pittman’s] phone ... including bestiality pornography,” a detective wrote, according to a Miami police report.

On Oct. 3, a Miami-Dade judge ordered Pittman to stay away from a 23-month-old girl, whom he was accused of abusing between Feb. 27 and March 7.

According to a police report, Pittman filmed himself sexually abusing the toddler, and her mother recognized her voice after watching the video that detectives found on the Samsung.

On Dec. 29, a detective reported recognizing Pittman’s bedroom in the background of four of photos -- also found in the Samsung, according to a police report.

A mother recognized her 4-year-old daughter as the subject of the four photos when she met a detective on Jan. 6, according to a police report.

Pittman was at the Metrowest Detention Center on Thursday evening. Inmate records showed he faced 31 charges. Court records showed he faced 28 charges, after some were dropped.

THE 28 CHARGES

Case of 8-year-old victim (2 charges): Prosecutors filed a case on May 28. Court records show the case was on three charges, but after a charge of sexual battery on a minor by an adult was dropped, he faced two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child younger than 12.

Case after phone search (16 charges): Prosecutors filed a case against Pittman on Sept. 23. Court records show the original case included 31 charges, but 15 were dropped, so he faced 16 charges: 15 counts of possession of material depicting sexual conduct by a child and one count of possession of material depicting sexual bestiality.

Case with 23-month-old victim (4 charges): Prosecutors filed a case against Pittman on Oct. 3. Court records showthe original case included 10 charges, but six were dropped, so he faced four counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child younger than 12, court records show.

Case with 4-year-old victim (6 charges): On Thursday, prosecutors filed a case against Pittman on two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child younger than 16 and four counts of promoting sexual performance by a child.

The court set his bond review for Friday, his arraignment on Feb. 11, and a trial hearing on the three other cases on May 11, records show.

Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge David Young is set to preside over the four cases.
