FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A woman stabbed a man on Saturday morning in Fort Lauderdale, police said.

Police officers responded to the domestic violence case at about 10:55 a.m. at Northwest 11th Terrace and Fifth Street.

The man suffered a cut to his arm, according to Detective Kerry Hagerty, a spokesman for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.

Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue personnel took the man to Broward Health Medical Center, and police officers detained the woman, according to Hagerty.
