Several restaurants offer freebies for Solar Eclipse

Spectators from Mexico to Canada can expect to see a partial eclipse on Monday and they can also expect to find deals on meals and treats nationwide.

Here’s a list of restaurants participating in the eclipse action:

  • Burger King is offering buy-one-get-one-free Whoppers. The deal is for Royal Perk members who text ECLIPSE to 251251. Fans can then redeem the BOGO offer by ordering on the app.
  • Wendy’s fans can get a free chocolate or Orange Dreamsicle Frosty when they make a purchase on the restaurant’s app.
  • Pizza Hut is offering a large pizza with up to 10 toppings or pick a pizza from the menu for $12.
  • Cracker Barrel customers can earn a free side of pancakes when they order an entrée.
  • Insomnia Cookies is giving away one free classic cookie with a $5 purchase instore or online.
  • Smoothie King is offering a special Eclipse Berry Blitz smoothie through April 8. Customers will be given free eclipse glasses with their purchase.
  • Raising Cane’s customers will get a free texas toast with every combo purchased.
  • Krispy Kreme is offering a special “Total Solar Eclipse Doughnut” and so is Dunkin’.
