MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Registration opens Friday at noon for the 16th annual Dolphins Cancer Challenge, the NFL’s largest fundraising event dedicated to cancer research.
The event, set for February 28, 2026, at the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium, supports research efforts at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Organizers say the event has raised nearly $100 million to date.
Last year, more than 7,000 participants helped bring in over $15 million through cycling, walking, running and virtual participation. The 2026 edition — known as DCC XVI — is expected to draw thousands once again.
Participants can register or start fundraising now at dolphinscancerchallenge.com.
The Dolphins Cancer Challenge was launched in 2010 by the Miami Dolphins organization as a way to honor those impacted by cancer and support cutting-edge treatment and research in South Florida.
