MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Miami Dolphins on Friday continued to add not only new but also familiar weapons for new quarterback Malik Willis.
Miami signed wide receiver to a one-year deal as an unrestricted free agent, the team confirmed. The exact terms of his deal were not disclosed.
Tolbert, 27, has a connection with Willis, who was his quarterback at the Senior Bowl when both entered the NFL in 2012.
He had just under 1100 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns with the Dallas Cowboys over four seasons.
The reported addition of Tolbert comes a day after Miami signed wide receiver Tutu Atwell, who formerly played with the Los Angeles Rams and attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School.
