David Guetta, who won best electronic, also performed at the show from a stage in Budapest.

Juan Cardenas says he and his friends have been hanging out at one other's apartments in Miami for the past several weeks. But as the guests uploaded clips of the small party on Instagram, their videos unexpectedly went viral. Cardenas says he can understand why the party videos made people angry. Although he was conscious of the concept of social distancing before Saturday, Cardenas says he's "definitely more aware" after catching flak online. Although he expressed remorse in his conversation with New Times, Cardenas seemed somewhat uninformed about how the new coronavirus can spread.

Miami police disperse crowd by David Guetta's relief concert

MIAMI – Police said they dispersed crowds violating social distancing guidelines during David Guetta’s coronavirus relief concert in Miami. There were no arrests made when police broke up groups on the sidewalks far below the two-hour rooftop concert played by the DJ on Saturday, The Miami Herald reported. While some residents in downtown Miami were able to see the concert from their balconies, the relief benefit also drew in over 9 million views on Facebook and nearly 2 million views on YouTube. The money will go towards four organizations, including Feeding South Florida and the World Health Organization’s Solidarity Response Fund. Florida's coronavirus caseload reached 26,314 with 774 deaths as of Sunday evening, the state's Health department said.

David Guetta to play 2-hour set in Miami to support Feeding South Florida

MIAMI – David Guetta will be playing a two-hour set in downtown Miami that will be live-streamed starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday. Guetta and the Miami Downtown Development Authority are raising funds for Feeding South Florida, Fondation Hôpitaux de Paris - Hôpitaux de France and the World Health Organization. “I’m very excited to share what’s been in the works for some time now,” Guetta said in a statement. David Guetta Invites the World to Tune In to His Live DJ Set From Downtown Miami

At the moment, Guetta is calling the Magic City his quarantine quarters, and he has announced he'll do a DJ set this weekend in partnership with the Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA). The two-hour live set will take place Saturday, April 18, at 6 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed location downtown (presumably to guarantee social distancing). The event isn't merely an excuse for Guetta to flex his DJ muscles there's an altruistic mission as well. The streamed dance party aims to raise money to benefit people who've been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. His catalog of music is vast, so what he'll play for the world this Saturday will be anybody's guess.

Ciara is latest musician to postpone show due to coronavirus

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Grammy-winning singer Ciara is the latest musician to postpone a concert because of the rapidly spreading coronavirus. Ciara, who is pregnant, was set to perform in Texas at the grand opening of the new Fort Hood USO on March 19 but announced Saturday that the event is being postponed. “With the continued spread of the coronavirus throughout the U.S., as a pregnant woman, my doctors have advised me to limit travel and large group gatherings,” Ciara said in a statement. And Mariah Carey announced she was postponing a March concert in Honolulu to November because of the coronavirus. And in Asia, several acts including BTS, Green Day, Avril Lavigne and Khalid, have cancelled or postponed live shows.

Ultra 2020 Reveals Phase 3 Additions: Tokimonsta, Baauer, DJ Coone, and Others

Less than a month before Miami Music Week, Ultra Music Festival has revealed a third wave of performers, as well as a day-to-day schedule of acts, for the annual EDM extravaganza. New additions include indie electronic musician Tokimonsta, trap producer Baauer of "Harlem Shake" fame, Belgian hardstyle DJ Coone, singer-songwriter Cray, and David Guetta's side project Jack Back. According to a news release from Ultra, the French DJ will also close the festival. The festival will take over Bayfront Park Friday, March 20, through Sunday, March 22.
