Miami-Dade commissioners raise concerns about county’s ‘Welcome to Vice City’ deal with Rockstar Games

Commissioners learned Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava signed a deal to allow Rockstar Games to put up a “Welcome to Vice City” sign in Grand Theft Auto VI at the Kaseya Center, the home of the Miami Heat in downtown Miami, owned by the county.
