The oilfield services company posted a profit of 18 cents per share on revenue of $3.24 billion for the fourth quarter. The company's North America revenue grew by 26% to $1.4 billion when compared with the previous quarter due to increased drilling activity in the region. CEO Jeff Miller said in a statement he was "optimistic about the activity momentum" in North America, adding he expects international drilling to recover later this year. However, the company's adjusted operating income for 2020 fell to $1.4 billion from $2.1 billion a year earlier.

A person familiar with the brothers' relationship said they keep their professional lives entirely separate and that Jeff Ricchetti would never lobby Steve Ricchetti. The disclosure report shows that Jeff Ricchetti will be lobbying Amazon on issues pertaining to the coronavirus pandemic and the implementation of the CARES Act. Amazon and Jeff Ricchetti did not return CNBC's requests for comment.

The NFL is placing all teams in intensive protocol starting Saturday to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 as the number of cases rises around the country. “These sustained reductions and the resulting health and safety benefits make it appropriate to implement the intensive protocols on a mandatory, league-wide basis,” Goodell said in the memo. So far, 28 teams have entered intensive protocol at some point and 16 teams have done it more than once. "Recent experience has highlighted the importance of minimizing high-risk close contacts; on multiple occasions, we have seen individuals identified on that basis test positive within a short time. It feels like a lot when we talk to the clubs as a behavior change mechanism.”Teams previously in intensive protocols have been the Falcons, Cardinals, Ravens, Bears, Broncos, Lions, Packers, Texans, Colts, Chiefs, Dolphins, Saints, Steelers and 49ers.

The document said Miller was registered to lobby for Amazon effectively on June 5.
