Shiffrin's chase of record 83rd win moves on to next resort
CORTINA D'AMPEZZO, Italy (AP) — American skier Mikaela Shiffrin’s pursuit of a record 83rd World Cup win will move on to the next stop on the circuit. Shiffrin finished seventh in a super-G on Sunday, 0.62 seconds behind race winner Ragnhild Mowinckel, to mark the third straight event in Cortina this weekend that she missed out on the podium. Mowinckel finished 0.30 seconds ahead of Cornelia Huetter and 0.47 seconds ahead of Marta Bassino on the course that will be used for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Olympics.

Goggia won her fourth straight downhill on Saturday to tie a World Cup streak by Vonn in 2018. Vonn's best streak in World Cup downhill was six straight wins in 2009-10, according to the ski-db.com database. Vonn won four straight World Cup downhills from January to March 2018.

That same season Shiffrin won her second overall title while Alice McKennis Duran and Jacqueline Wiles also scored podium results.
Under Armour delaying payments to some of its athletes as it deals with the fallout from coronavirus

According to Vogue, Subban proposed at home, in front of Vonn's three dogs, presenting her an emerald ring -- her favorite color and his birthstone. The couple is planning to move to New Jersey, where Subban is a defenseman with the New Jersey Devils. Vonn previously was married to US skier Thomas Vonn and later dated Tiger Woods. In 2014, Subban won gold representing Canada at the Sochi Olympics and led the Nashville Predators to the franchise's first appearance in the Stanley Cup Final in 2017.
