Monroe County Sheriff’s Office: teen dies in water-related incident off Grassy Key
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a 17-year-old boy from Plantation, Florida died in a water-related incident following a dive on a hookah rig off Grassy Key, oceanside.
