Prosecutor: Man, 23, confesses to fatally shooting former stepfather in Fort Lauderdale’s Nurmi Isles

A 23-year-old man appeared in court on Sunday in Broward County after confessing to fatally shooting a 44-year-old man he knew well, records show.
