Broward prosecutors have formally filed felony charges against Major League Baseball shortstop Rafael Furcal after police accused him of an April rock-throwing road rage incident in Sunrise, according to court records obtained Monday.

Sunrise police released body camera video Wednesday that they said shows officers responding to a rock-throwing road rage incident behind a supermarket in late April. They said former All-Star shortstop Rafael Furcal was the man responsible.
