Serial killer still awaiting resentencing for 1994 Tamiami Trail killings

In 1994, young women started turning up dead along the Tamiami Trail and fear spread across South Florida. The man behind it — Rory Conde — was ultimately caught and convicted, but decades later, he’s still awaiting resentencing.
