Rockies: Following an off day Thursday, the Rockies begin a stretch of 20 games in 20 days starting Friday night in a series opener against the Texas Rangers. Colorado RHP Ryan Castellani (0-0, 0.00 ERA) is slated to start against the Rangers RHP Lance Lynn (2-0, 1.16 ERA).

Eflin (8-11) allowed two runs, six hits and struck out two. Yamamoto allowed six runs, six hits, walked four and struck out three. Three Phillies relievers allowed one run - on Jorge Alfaro's homer off Mike Morin in the seventh - over the final three innings. Marlins: RHP Elieser Hernandez (2-5, 5.18) has yet to pitch past the sixth inning in his nine starts with the Marlins in 2019.
