Dec. 25: Warmest Christmas in 8 years

We reached 82 degrees in Fort Lauderdale, making it the warmest Christmas in eight years. The good news is that it comes with low humidity so temperatures in the evening can quickly fall into the 60s. This will be the case into the weekend as South Florida stays completely rain-free.

The next change in our weather comes Tuesday night as a cold front moves through. This will drop our temperatures for New Year’s Eve with highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s. This will be the biggest cooldown since early November.
