The 70s are back this afternoon. We are much warmer, but still a few degrees below average. A stray sprinkle is possible along the coast, but most are staying completely dry. Big changes are back in the forecast for Thursday.
Our next cold front will move through South Florida tomorrow around noon or so. Temperatures will go from near 70° at noon to the 50s by 6 p.m., steadily falling through the day. We will get a quick line of showers in the afternoon, but they won’t last long. Wind gusts up to 25 mph are likely. Low temperatures will reach around 43° Friday morning with a wind chill back in the 30s. The difference with this front is even though the nights will be chilly, the afternoons will be warmer with this cold snap. Expect highs in the 70s this weekend.
