A cool front moving through this morning gave South Florida a broken line of showers. Most places that got rain picked up less than a quarter inch so this doesn’t have a meaningful impact to the ongoing drought. The front is also in the process of fizzling out so other than a few degree temperature drop tomorrow, cooler weather is not in the forecast. High temperatures this week will boost to the low-to-middle 80s, which is much warmer than what we’ve been used to the last few weeks. Other than a stray light shower off the Atlantic Tuesday and Wednesday, the forecast is mostly dry.
