September 9: Familiar forecast with chance for showers and storms

Wednesday evening kicks off mostly dry for South Florida. Late-night showers, or even a spotty storm, could dampen parts of Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Thursday will feature a sun/cloud mix and east-southeast winds, sustained 5 to 10 mph. There may be some spotty showers or storms in the mix Thursday morning into early afternoon. Later in the day, storms will tend to migrate west of metro-Dade/Broward. Temperatures are expected to reach the low 90s-- humidity will make it feel around 100°F.
